That didnt prevent them from selling a broken personality. The duchess one has been broken since its launch and they kept quiet and still sell it.

If they broke it after release, then yeah they should fix it. Ideally, they wouldn't realese broken stuff. But much like the terrible dyeing on costumes, ZOS is pretty firm on Caveat Emptor.

Correction, vampires looking ugly is all about preference. The duchess personality is flat out broken. In the preview for jogging it says one thing and then doesnt apply it when actually jogging. Plus, you dont have to pay for vampirism.
