Hand-to-hand combat, more places we haven't been yet (southern blackmarsh, elsweyr, summerset isles, the rest of the alikr desert, eastern Morrowind)(tbh, and this is probably an uncommon opinion, but I really want to see 2E Markarth/Whiterun like asap). I've also seen people wanting naval combat/the ability to own/sail a ship.

Potent casting without any "sticks", maybe a new weapon tree, Spellweaving, with passive bonuses and new powerful spells. It sure should have a special passive to compensate missing set part(-s).

Give me a hand to hand option, some brass knuckles or something even.
An alternative to staves for sorcerers. Everyone is holding a stick. There's got to be alternate items you could make to do the same thing but give variety in appearance.
Crossbows instead of the run of the mill bow an arrows? I don't know if they existed at this point in elder scrolls lore but the dawnguard had them in skyrim.
Just something as simple as I'm tired of seeing the same exact 7 weapons everywhere with slight cosmetic differences.

Also, i would like to have true expansions that do not necessarily add any new lands to the game, but give alternate questlines to follow from level 1. New stories, new nemesis, secrets etc.

Delves changed to scale and adjust to level AND number of people going there so they be solo or group of ones choosing. Random players almost always break them immersion part of TES gaming which is really a major part of the game. This is not just an MMO, this is an Elder Scrolls game.

2 for one, necromancy class, and the Sload in the same dlc.

It's crazy how little the sload are in the games, when they have such a massive part in the lore.
