[2018] Next chapter please give us some new content rather than a big island and some quest

Recently I start feeling bored with Cyrodiil and battleground or questline. I'm very eager for the next chapter. However more eager I'm, more fear I have about a chapter without any new contents. So Zos , please I dont care how much I have to pay, just make my adventure in Tamriel become more interesting. If possible want to go to the sea, I've already felt bored with inland content . I saw that Archage make a very interesting sea content which very similar with Eso system, if possilbe please make it happen.

✭✭I'm sure ZOS will add some unique sale point for each chapter as they require additional cash....
Naval battle is awsome and I suggested that it can be added when nibenay comes out, but come with summerset is not a bad idea either, tho there need to be "naval route" across the whole tamriel instead of limiting to summerset surroundings only1 -
