[2018] Next chapter please give us some new content rather than a big island and some quest

Recently I start feeling bored with Cyrodiil and battleground or questline. I'm very eager for the next chapter. However more eager I'm, more fear I have about a chapter without any new contents. So Zos , please I dont care how much I have to pay, just make my adventure in Tamriel become more interesting. If possible want to go to the sea, I've already felt bored with inland content . I saw that Archage make a very interesting sea content which very similar with Eso system, if possilbe please make it happen.

I'm sure ZOS will add some unique sale point for each chapter as they require additional cash....

Naval battle is awsome and I suggested that it can be added when nibenay comes out, but come with summerset is not a bad idea either, tho there need to be "naval route" across the whole tamriel instead of limiting to summerset surroundings only
