From what I have seen in PTS streams, Peryite is the relevant Prince in the Dragon Bones DLC.
The new motif we see coming is a version of the dragon cult influenced by Peryite. Fitting because of Peryite's avatar, a twisted form of the Dragons of Tamriel.
