ZOS, can we rearrange characters in login screen and also guilds list in-game?

✭✭✭✭✭Rearranging guilds would be nice. I colour code my guilds, so whenever I leave one guild and join another, the remaining guilds get shifted down a spot, so I then have different the wrong for each guild (the colour coding isn't attached to guild, but guild position in the drop down).
