Dangerous past quest bugged

The fighters guild quest dangerous past is messed up. When i start i go into the portal and there are two sees all colors. After defeating the big dwarven machine and getting what was in the box it has an arrow and tells me to talk to sees all colors but she never shows up. If my memory is correct i am suppose to talk to the dead guy also. He never shows either. Does anybody know how to get past this problem?

You don't talk to any dead guy after the end. It's at the beginning, I'm pretty sure.
Most of that is witnessing the ghosts doing what they did until you find the core is in the dwarven centurion and then beating it and looting it. Sees-all-colors will then be ready to talk to you in the center/back of the room before you enter the portal, but this can be tricky since it seems to be position triggered. You can hug the walls to go around the trigger spot, or just not go through the center.
It's funny that the developers always expect us to take the fastest straightest path and never play tactically.

I have the exact same problem as OP. At the beginning I see two Sees-All-Colors. Then near the end she gets stuck and doesn't come along into the last room with the boss. I've played this over three times on three different days already and even dropped the quest but still having this problem.

I'm on PS4 with the latest patch v1.30. I have reported the problem but was told to log out and wait 20+ minutes and drop the quest.

I had the same problem...but it's no big deal. You just have to solo the boss, then backtrack to her to close out her portion, then go back to where the boss was, and the portal and ghost will both be there.
