The DB quests are unusal to say the least. As far a LoB....I've tried 5xs in various cities and have yet to see a white eyed person. Guess I need to go indoors?
I know nutting....

Its_Alexis✭✭✭Think some are indoor. If you're doing it with the eso plus trial, you should look at some of the video guides, the NPC should be somewhere around there.PC NA

✭✭✭All your victims are always outside and have a route they take in the town square/market, whatever it may be. When I did it I went into first person view and literally got in the face of NPCs until I saw the white eye.

Not true. There are quite a few that are indoors and damn near impossible to kill without getting bounty.

Finally managed Skyrim....was looking into the eyes of one NPC and another player did the deed...so that more or less confirmed it. Messed around for 5-10 minutes and they respawned.
There are no arrows....only indication is the description and the more or less white eye...their left eye..on the right side looking at them....and it's not always that obvious.
....
Finished this quest. Wasn't easy. You'll find that you have lots of competition...on the last mission there seemed to be at least 5-6 other players trying to do the same thing. Alls I can say is good luck. Be prepared to pay some fines to the guards here and there.Edited by erliesc on January 26, 2018 3:28AMI know nutting....0 -
