@Nyladreas
defile, resource cost poisons, cc, and roots help a little...

Oh right, how naive of me to think that people here would help me get answers instead of bashing me with their imaginary epeens.
Well thanks for letting me know. This is really sad.
I'm just lost trying to understand how can a person permablock 4 people attacking him, at the same time keep rolling around forever and deal so much damage whilst self healing the whole time. It baffles me.

@Nyladreas
Bloodthirst, Blood Craze and Dawnbreaker and executioner was all i saw in death recap.
Not sure how do you want me to know what weapons was he running... Unless u mean type. DW and 2hander.
My build isnt anything special Im just running full spriggan with hundings, veli, DW/BOW, all gear has impen on it. I have a ton of penetration + Surprise attack was up... Disease enchants which do nothing apparently even tho his healing is supposed to be reduced. I just dont know anymore.
I dont think my build is important at all in terms of how was he able to steamroll all 4 of us (Max CP) no problem even though we had a fully geared healer. (The fight literally lasted like 1 minute)

if you think he is perma blocking with a dw/2h setup then im sry to tell you that this is indeed a L2P issue as you didnt even really understand what was happening.

He was perma blocking with DW, I kid you not. Every single blocked attack even comes with an asterisk before the number. And that's all I saw this entire time.
I do admit that I'm a bit new to PVP in ESO and I'm trying to understand the whole thing. And I'm probably just spoiled from WOW where i never had any issue and was a high ranking PvP player, then again the whole build/gear system here is entirely different as well as custom classes.
Don't take it the wrong way, I'm just really frustrated. I'm trying to like the game and all it's doing so far is making me want to stop playing
@Lao
With that said, what trait is best to run for medium armor DPS on weapons. Is it sharpened, nirnhoned, infused? I run sharpened and IDK if its even doing anything
First thing to consider, cheat engine is alive and well in PvP and if you are in Cyradiil quite a bit you learn who is using it and just ignore them as best you can.
There are a few really good players that PvP it seems all day every day and can easily take out four people if those four people are not well coordinated on their attacks. If they are around terrain where they can line of sight they become much tougher. Best to remember who they are and leave them be when you can.
Permablock builds are all the rage now but usually they are harmless other than wasting your time. Again ignoring them is the way to go.
It is sad that is what PvP has become but when you see a group of eight or more players from an elite PvP guild piling on one character and doing no damage at all you know something is up with that one player and it is best to just leave them be.

OP, please disregard players like this.
Right now you’re at a fork in the road of your ESO gaming.
Route 1: you realize that this is a skill based game with a steep learning curve, where it IS possible to actually be a true hero and win 1v4. You set out to improve yourself knowing that it will take a loooong time and a lot of effort to get to the level you want to reach. But you’re excited to know that it’s possible and you treat every loss as a learning opportunity.
Route 2: your ego gets the better of you, and when you lose a fight against someone who has practiced and experienced PvP more than you and spent more time researching and farming builds and strategies than you, you get upset. Rather than acknowledging the effort, time, and talent that the other player put in to best you, you lash out and call them a cheater (cheat engine stopped working over a year ago and only worked for a weekend anyway) or you blame ZOS for coding in “bad mechanics” and then come and whine about it on the message boards.
Getting angry takes a lot less effort than “getting good”
PS your defile should come from incap not from a disease glyph.
PPS when it does proc, which is rare, the defile on a disease glyph doesn’t even effect bosmer or argonians
PPPS the best thing about this game is that winning a 1v4 is possible, even when your gear is on a similar level with your opponents’. That knowledge is what kept me going through the phase you’re going through now

I'm definitely in the option #1 what frustrates me is the whole uncertainty, no access to actually good information, people treating you like *** and laughing at you when you're asking for help. All that together is just annoyance. I want to have fun in the game, i have enough stress irl as it is.

Out of curiosity do you know what the graphic / animation for a troll king proc looks like? That healing ignores defile. Was this guy running TK?
Also the seventh legion proc has a graphic that’s harder to spot, but it’s there if you know what to look for.
But most of all with stamsorc you have to know what their dark deal animation looks, and you have to vigilantly bash it when you see it. The trick is to know when they might be running low on Stam (and if they’re running TK and 7th legion, they’ll probably be low on Stam at some point) and be able to anticipate when they’ll dark deal. When it happens, bash them, and keep your damage up, and they’ll die.

Listen to this guy. He is completely right. PvP in this MMO is about as good as it gets in a Western non- Korean MMO. This MMO affords a huge skill and knowledge gap between it's players. Unlike all of the current mainstream Western MMOs I've played recently.
Keep your head up. And keep your eye on the prize. Eventually you will be as good as or better than these players you are having trouble with dealing with now.

TK is extremely easy to notice. It covers the entire player model, is opaque, moves significantly, glows, and is sparkly. I can’t think of a defensive set other than earthgore that is easier to spot. And I’m color blind and always thought it was red. TIL.
7th legion is a hard-to-notice proc.
