Can't log in to get support

I'm trying to get some support, but it tells me to log in to get support tailored to my account. So i try to log in, and all i get is "Login Failed". I can log into my account just fine, same with the game itself. Also the forums. But i can't log in to get support. Any help is much appreciated.

    If you're unable to log into the support site please try the following troubleshooting:
    • Check your browser's ad-blocker and set it to allow requests from help.elderscrollsonline.com (add it to the whitelist)
    • Use a different browser

    If you are still unable to log into the ESO support website, you can contact support by following the steps below:
    1. Visit the account recovery page and select your platform, your Userid, and the appropriate option in the drop down for "Issue Type."
    2. Fill out the form to the best of your ability. If you are currently using a different email than the one that is associated with your ESO game account, please enter that in the Your Current Email Address line.
    3. Enter what you can remember about your account in the Account Ownership Verification fields.
    4. Attach any proof of purchase you may have to the form.
    5. In the Describe Your Problem in Detail box, please include the email address that is currently associated with your ESO game account and a brief description of your issue.
    6. When you have finished filling out the form, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.

    Please let us know if this allows you to start a support ticket or not.

    I've tried 3 different browsers, but they all give the same result. Firefox, IE, and Crome. Only Firefox has addons and adblocker installed, the others have nothing.

    And i don't need account recovery. There's nothing wrong with my account. My account works just fine on the game client AND to log into your website to get to my Account page. It's only when trying to get support that it doesn't work.

    I did look on that page however, but none of the "Issue type" ones fit for "can't log into support". They're all about having lost access to my account or lost username and/or password.

    And btw, this is a lot of work for something that shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. Why in the world must i log into a support site when i'm already logged into my account page?

    Just to clarify something, i AM supposed to use my regular account info to log in, right? The one i use to log into the game itself and to get into my account info online? Because if i have to make a different "Support account", i haven't done that before. And i'm not sure how to go about doing that.

    Your password is probably too long. Only 20 characters fit in the password box. I have the same problem and I'm probably going to end up troubleshooting the client on my own because I refuse to change my password just because their support site is broken. It's been an issue for 4 years and still nothing has been done about it - either fix the help page or change account password rules, I don't care which.
