Furnishing idea: pickable chests

Remember in Skyrim those chests in the TG Cistern that you could use to practice lockpicking? What if we had a furnishing, like the regular treasure chests but ones you could practice lockpicking on? Of course, they'd be decorative and interactive and wouldn't give you Legerdemain xp but it'd be kinda cool, yeah? Maybe have them so they could be timed someway, like have them display the chest opening animation so that other players could see once you successfully picked the lock, and that way they could used for player competition for friends and guilds.

Dunno, just a thought I had while decorating my thief's house today...

Sounds great, but on the other hand the chests in the world would not make sense anymore then (only those with "good" loot).

I would suggest a training chest without providing legerdemain XP. So for simple trainings like for new players

Sounds fun...I mean it's okay as long as the exp gain stay minimal, so chest hunting in the wild is more reward and fun

I have sometimes wished I could start and hand in my daily writs from my house. Also have fishing holes. And put some of my own materials like style materials inside of boxes and barrels for friends to find/loot when they visit. That would be a fun hide and seek game.
