Have really only played a Dragon Knight. It has done all the questing and is a Grand Overlord in PVP. Little interest in playing another character. More interested in being able to retrain my main character into something else. Not playing much anymore. Character is not exactly what I started out with. ZoS' interference has seen to that.
Nightblade, and then I moved to sorcerer. I've now played every class, something that was fortunate because it helps your ability to fight against other classes.
My VERY first was a Templar on DC side then I deleted because I didn't like playing Templar at that time so I made a High Elf and she became Mrs Valentino
There was no better class I could've rolled with. Oh, how I regretted it in the beginnings though. Now I'm happy I've made that decision because in the end there's no other class as fun as NB.
Been a pet sorc since beta. I sometimes play different types of magsorcs and of course I have characters of every class and build pretty much but I always come back to playing a pet sorc.
"Your mistake is you begged for your life, not for mercy. I will show you there are many fates worse than death."
Para Nostram
Bosmer Sorceress
Witch of Evermore
"Death is a privilege that can be denied by it's learned scholars."
Order of the Black Worm
I hate stealthy characters, thankfully Nightblades aren't stealthy in PvE
Played ~250 CP on xbox as a magblade main before quitting for a year, came back a few months ago and started with a magblade again. Definitely the most fun class to play in my opinion.
Sorceror, because at the time, I thought it would be SO NEAT to be able to summon a daedra. Seemed like the coolest thing ever. Now I don't even use pet builds any more. LOL.
My very first class choice was Sorcerer. It seemed to be the most appropriate choice for me at the time as I love playing mages, especially a mage with a pet or pets. I figured it would be a great starting class to solo with as I only and always play solo.
Once I got to level 50 and Veteran 16 (or whatever the max level was back then), I rolled a Templar. I also love playing as a paladin type and I love healing abilities. After leveling a Templar to 50, I realized that my first class choice should have been a Templar.
Hopefully this isn't too long, but i love this game so i want to tell my story.
I was house sitting for my cousin for a week, so every night after work i stayed at his apartment while he was gone. He had eso on ps4, and i had an xbox 360 so i had never played it. I made an altmer mag sorc. I honestly didn't like it so much the first two nights.
Eventually, i started enjoying the quests, and went out and bought an xbox one about a week later. Started with a wood elf nightblade. I consider this character my first. I played for almost a year as a "stamblade", although i had no idea how to play the game and had my attributes and skills all over the place.
When the first witch's festival happened i decided to make a Dunmer dragonknight. I didnt expect to play him much, just heard dk was fun and wanted to take advantage of the xp buff. My first ES game was Morrowind and I've played a dunmer in every ES game since then. I learned how to play the game on my dunmer mdk, and to this day, he's my main.
To me, the playstyle is so fun. I love layering my dots and then flame lashing enemies. I love how i can jump into a random pug, do excellent dps, and still chain or root enemies.
Hopefully that wasn't too excessive. I really enjoy this game and the class. Hopefully you all enjoy this game and your class as much as i do.
Oops I lied, I forgot my very first experimental toon was a DK just 'cause I figured straight-up fighter was the easiest while I learned game mechanics. But THEN I played a sorc more seriously.
Nightblade because I've mostly played a Archer and warrior type in my previous mmorpgs a lot. Rarely I go stealth type even though as an alt they're my most fun and devious favorite class. In this game I decided to make it my main and I was amazed how complex this game which made it better for the class.
Friend: This one has a cool joke to tell. Want to hear?
Me: Sure okay.
Friend: What can a frozen band-aid be applied on?
Me: This one don't know. Tell me.
Friend: A cold cut. Get it?? hehehe
Me:.... *activates Grim Focus!*
Friend: No wait! it's a joke! please!
My first 2 characters were both NB (lv 16 khajiit, lv 34 dark elf) I'm now making my 8th which will probably be my side project that will morph to my main after a while. High elf magblade.
