I predict there will be a temporary raise in motif price then slowly fall back to normal （as long as ZOS doesn't change drop rate）,
and a price drop in rare style mats since they are way less useful, not involve in outfit system is kinda bad in my opinion

boombazookajd✭✭✭✭✭those suckers are going to skyrocket I'm betting. I think they'll stay high too, new cats will come into the game, want to look like a whatever rare style tickles their pickles and go drop that gold on the motifs.
--OR--
they'll realize they have have the actual armor, and maybe, JUST MAYBE, they'll seek out a crafter to have the actual armor style.
Or this is only for those in the know and the casual player won't give a crap and they'll continue to run around with 2L/4H/3M anyway... Or 0L/5H/2M... or whatever other crazy combination those who don't know any better come up with.
And I say that as a player who ran around with a helmet for a long time because it looked bad. Most drop motifs will eventually end up around 10k in PCNA, except some with very high drop rate （mercenary, holiday）and very low （imperial, armiger）.

boombazookajd✭✭✭✭✭when I was xivkyn hunting, I paid 7-10k per chapter. God how I wish I could have those unlearned. I'm willing to bet they'll triple in price.
Especially since I forked over cash during the crown sale for the chapters I just couldn't find (all weapons, head and chest)
