Memento Mori quest bug - no show Rosalind

When I need to bring Rosalind her sword she doesn't show up in the vault.
Tried logging out and in yesterday but that didn't help.
Today she's still not in the vault.
Probably haunting somebody somewhere else ...

Solara✭✭As of today, unable to complete "Memento Mori" at the 'Bring Rosalind Her Sword' part.
When I'm in the vault I can see the skeleton with a quest marker, but cannot interact with it.
ESO/ZOS team have also submitted in game-bug.0
