Do I get 10 outfit options if I have 10 chars, or each outfit is exclusively bound to each character?

This is a direction ZOS could take to monetize the extra outfits. A cheap 1 addition per character or a pricier 1 addition account wide (cheaper than x14 additions). However that could lead to conflicts with gamers who bought 1 per character then decided to go full account wide, not sure how that could get handled so it will likely not happen.0
