ZOS I love how you did OUTFITS

I went into PTS last night and I must say, I really love how you did outfits. I love how you are able to really see how things look together.
I love the "Random Style" button! Being able to dye everything and then plug in different motifs is really powerful. I love being able to dye the weapons.
I can see where this is going to make me use more of my motifs. LOVE it!!

Can you dye without ESO+? The patch notes were kind vague on that.

If I can dye without ESO+ I might forgive them for their WW nerf.

I went in on my alt account that does not have ESO plus. I can verify that you can not do outfits or dye if you are not an ESO plus member.

Wait. You totally CAN use outfits without ESO+. You have to make sure you "Select Outfit" and click "Outfit 1". Then the armor styles appear. My bad.

I tested Outfits on PTS yesterday and you can dye outfits, weapons and armor without ESO+. You cannot dye costumes without ESO+.

EDIT: You can also "DO" outfits without ESO+.

Costumes is understandable, it's always been that way.

I'm talking about the outfits we create with the new system.

I can't get PTS because I don't have the space for two copies of ESO on my harddrive.

Hmm, even though I have eso+ myself, I do think people should be able to make outfits even when they do not have eso+. That is too much a difference between eso+ and normal I think. Just give them that I would say, and just keep weapon styles for eso+

Why would weapon styles have to be ESO+ exclusive? Once again Outfits system (armor and weapon) as well as dying outfits are both available to all players on PTS, no matter if you're ESO+ or not.

Good job with the outfits ZOS! I cannot wait to see what other QoL improvements you have planned. I want to know what Rich knows, but cannot speak of ( possibly due to a NDA).

I think it is really well done as well. Only additions they should make are the ability to hide shoulders and if possible the ability to hide the front and side waist flaps on some of the jerkins. That way you could make more combinations with less clipping.

When I was reading the patch notes i was like ummm

not too sure, but when I saw some of the people on the land on youtube (where the shadows lie) do a few vids and explain/show how it works I was sold instantly!

Very good work and love love love that you can swap/change literally everything and for ingame gold. SOLD!
