    no it is armor on the horse that has the unicorn horn other then that it's just a regular horse need to read description of the item where you got the datamined information

    It's just armor. It's actually not that bad, afaik they even used something (remotely) similar on real horses in real world at one point - I imagine that horn comes in handy for jabbing your enemies with it.
