Guild issues that may or may not be pointless?

I don't really know what to do here. I'd appreciate some advice.
I saw someone selling "membership and officer ranks" to a guild in zone chat. The issue is, it's my guild. They're advertising selling officer ranks in my guild and they're not even a member.
I contacted ZOS and got no answer - been like 2 weeks. I feel bad for these poor noobs getting cheated out of gold in my name. Opinions? Options? Or should I just forget about it?

did that already, and followed up with emails to ZOS repeatedly. Still see the guy "selling" my guild officer ranks in zone.

Donari✭✭✭✭Besides the above advice, if you see it again I suppose you could broadcast your own message "Hi, I'm the leader of that guild, and this guy isn't even a member. Don't waste your gold." If anyone challenges you, you can offer to meet them and let them see your guild name in person.2 -

You're likely right, but I guess because I've spent hundreds of millions of gold, if not billions at this point, in game on my trader spot and building up my reputation - and this feels like an insult to that
