Using set pieces in the outfit system?

My Altmer warden has a gear set (I think it's the Queen's Elegance) that looks really good on her, and with the dyes it looks very Thalmor-like. I want to keep that appearance, but I will outlevel all of the gear before too long. Does the outfit system have a way to use set pieces for it, or is it all just motifs?

✭✭✭✭✭All set pieces have a craftable motif. In this case, it's the regular High Elf motif.
So you just have to know the High Elf motif, which is a very cheap basic racial motif, and you can change everything to look like it.0
