Guilds, Friends and Cyrodiil Campaigns missing (PC EU )

I've just logged into the PC EU server to find all my guilds, friends and all Cyrodiil campaigns are missing. I was a member of three large trade guilds, but when I press G there's none listed and no guild chat channels are accessible. There are no Cyrodiil campaigns available in the list. Friends list is empty.
Everything was fine when I was last logged in an hour or so ago.
Zone chat is working (although lagging) and others seem to be reporting the same thing with their guilds. But not everyone, although more are reporting it as soon as they zone.
Relog and restarting the client doesn't help.
Server wide problem?
