Rewards come once per account, ever.
Level up advisor is for sub-CP folks. Than again, seeing how many people level doing dolmens (of all things) they won't learn how to play anyway. At least we'll have lots and lots and lots and lots of fun laughing at the naive, idiotic "build" templates ZOS come up with. Then again, simply pointing out that magicka or stamina and nothing in between alone would help so, so many (the few that don't elect to be archers or pet sorcs that just heavy attack everything).
Also, working IRL to get money to buy crown crates is a whole lot more efficient than leveling a character to 50 for 3 crown crates. I do look forward to having an extra character slot and going through the process of leveling mounts and storage and ugh maybe I don't need a third warden.

so why does it say "every time one of your characters gains a level"
CP is a level too, though I guess it would be just 1-50
Those dolmen farmers are really stupid, I have a friend IRL who got to 700+ just farming dolmens and he really has no idea how to play the game, he spends all his money getting mats instead of farming, and I have made him countless julianos staffs and gear, because he wants to be a dps, but he still hasn't even levelled undaunted and has no idea how to do most of the dungeons.
He threw out his opportunity to learn how to play the game properly and become skillful by wanting an easy way to level.

You mean 15th

So are the rewards going to be retroactive? does cp reward you or just 1-50?
I think this might be a very stupid move from ZOS as some of us have 12 max level chars and deleting one for the chance of getting new mounts or other rewards would be stupid, but I could imagine people could do it.
Plus, depending on how much the rewards are and if things like mounts could be tradable, this could be a way to break the game.
For example, if it gave you 1k per level, with the chance of a temp alloy or mount, you know people will be creating a toon, getting to level 2, or even to 10 as it is so quick, then deleting the char, rinse and repeat.
