guild trader or lag changes in last 6 months?

Hey all,
I left this game mainly due to lag being really bad in cyrodil, and the guild trader system made gearing up for end game a real chore rather than an enjoyable experience.
Has Zenimax addressed this at all in the last 6 months? I've been considering coming back, but if that stuff is still the same than I would imagine I would just be getting frustrated again.
edit: wanted to mention that I play on the Xbox One

✭Sorry to say, answer is no
Lag is worse than its ever been (just have to scroll through the first 5 pages of either the tech thread or general to see lag/loadscreen have been a real issue, there normally a few posts a day about it.
The end game grind hasnt changed in three years (only good thing they added wad the trading BOP gear for 2 hrs).0
