Vanishing Motif Books???

Yeah okay, second nooby question within the space of like 5 minutes but I went into a Guild Trader to buy a Motif, specifically the High Elf and Redguard ones. Upon purchasing said Motifs I went into my inventory and they are not there. Is there a place they go other than your inventory?

✭When buying from guild stores the items are sent to your mail. From there you have to take the item and then it'll be in your inventory. If the item(s) are not immediately accessible from the mail, go to a new zone or relog."Best" healer PC/NA7 -

✭✭✭✭✭Guild purchases are mailed to you. Takes 1 to 15 minutes to show up.
Rezone to make it happen faster or go in or out of a delve or refuge
