Why does no one ever sell stuff in Guild Stores?

Correct me if I'm some how missing something here but whenever I go to a guild trader around the map there is literally never anything being sold in them, even in the really popular places like Elden Root.

    Yeah my bad, wasn't searching, I just always got confused when I'd enter a guild trader and it would say 0 items on the page. Cheers

    They're always populated. Especially ones at active hubs such as Elden Root. Are you choosing a category and it just has nothing in it even after loading? Are you using any guild traders' UI-related addons?
