Chapter 2/ expansion world Impact

You guys should make the chapter/ expansion affect the entire world. SO add somthing like a dolman all over overland but that pertains to the chapter/ expansion, but only if you have the expansion/chapter. Morrowind was cool but it didnt have any impact on the overworld. Or have main cities change for the expansion=being attacked. If that makes sense?

Most of the game world is locked in time. For example, Auridon always happens before Grahtwood, Grahtwood before Greenshade, no matter what order you do the zones in.

The faction zones take place before you end the Planemeld in Coldharbor, but Wrothgar is afterward, with an unfinished Dolmen laying around.

So unless they chose to do something that would mess up the existing timeline for the Faction quests, you probably won't see an update that changes the entire overworld storyline.

I'd love that but they've been fairly good at avoiding touching vanilla zones at all.

I think that this boils down to a manifestation of the 'MMO with globally advancing story' concept, which would be a tricky thing to do in ESO - much of the gameplay, design, and assets are based around players simultaneously experiencing a thin slice of the lore timeline.
