The DPS difference is pretty small and won't make a real difference in anything but score runs and dummy parses. But Nirn is better, and what the heck else are you going to do with your transmutation stones?

You're in a perfect position to make a measured test, and tell us.

To be honest when you have hesitation on 2 traits or 2 wepaons, create a bow of your own, set doesnt matter, same quality for both, and one of each trait you wonder, parse with both and see the difference between both traits. You', then judge if the difference with those weapon is worth. I personaly use Nirn now but i could make a parse of each to show you, if i am not mistaken i have bows of each traits.

EDIT: got both so i'll do a test for you man. But again, this will be solo, as for in real situation i presume it might difers a bit... It'll give you a rough idea.

EDIT: Here's the 3 test, made also Infused even if pointless using poisons. Parse are bad but we don'T care the goal was to show the diff and only did one of each, not many and making average, jsut to give a rough idea.
