Has anyone else noticed the contents of safe boxes has changed?

Maybe i missed something, but has the quality of safe boxes dropped? i use to get at least a blue item and maybe 2 in these and now i seem to only getting a single green item? was I just lucky before?

Nightfall12✭✭✭✭✭its a maxed char, but I think i over remembered my loot quality, i was comparing safe boxes vs the pickpocket stuff. I just confused my self. ignore this mess. It was that safe boxes are better than PP with often gets white items. The safe box gives at least green, its just that i had a string of just greens, I have since gotten some blues again.Ummm stuff… about stuff…or something.0
