why is Troll king set better than pirate skeleton set?

so if you resto ult you give multiple people the troll king effect and major protection.

kypranb14_ESO✭✭✭✭✭Also health recovery isn't reduce by 50% in PVP, which means you get the entire value stated. It gets higher if you have CP into the Healthy passive, are wearing heavy armor, are a nord/orc, etc.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭Troll King provides a powerful heal and can be applied to allies. It is valueable especially for Stam. In PvE it’s a nice heal (though usually not necessary), but in PvP it is amazing.
Pirate skeleton can probably be used effectively as a super tank in PvE which isn’t necessary in any content so far. However, the primary use for it is in PvP on Magicka Sorc, though since the nerf (can only proc when enemies hit your Health) it’s really not so good over something like 1x Domihaus/1x Ilambris.

✭✭✭✭✭Troll king becomes really good if you have many other sources of healing going on as well (Certain races like Orc, Khajiit, Nord that has increased HP recovery in their passives, troll king becomes really strong. With some CP in HP recovery I´ve seen some build having 3,5.4k HP recovery when Troll king procs.
Now add some external heals like:
- Lingering HP pots
- Rally/Forward Momentum
- Vigor
- High base HP recovery
Just no name a few........And you´ll have some very decent healing capacities.
Pirate Skeleton is good if you have ways to counter the defile debuff:
- Minor/Major Mending
- Minor/Major vitality
Since I don´t know what class/role/setup you plan to use, I would say Troll King is rarely a bad choice

i have a non vamp stamplar and im not sure what monster set i should equip.

✭Trollkings heal is a reliable source of healing, thats why. you can proc it very consistent and if you add some other sources of health recovery (pots give additional 20%, paired with trollking) this is immmense healing just by the monsterset. additionally the proc can affect also allies. probably the most powerful part of it, health regen isnt cut in PvP and there is actually no debuff against trollking, since reduced healing taken doesnt affect health regen.0 -

At the moment this doesn´t affect the troll king proc, not sure why but its´the case0
