✭✭✭This isn't the first time I have seen hype over it. It was the first jazzy mount with sparkly colours/summoning, but not sure the appeal tbh, little bit too small for the bulky armour of my male characters.
I have it, and would happily trade it back for crowns, only got itlike 9k spare crowns from cheap eso+MagDK main. PC/EU @AK-ESO

I’m pretty sure they don’t allow for such things, otherwise what would be the point of the limited time offers? The ticket thing only works if you intend to purchase a specific item while it’s available, yet are unable to log in during that period for whatever reason.3 -

Actually, they used to allow it. I'm not sure if they still do and if it ever worked for limited time items, but it was possible to contact support to buy items that were no longer available in the crown store. Kind of a poorly kept secret. ✭✭I don’t know why they have Limited Time purchases in the first place. Yes, I know it’s for the impulse buyers but most people know almost immediately whether or not they like the item well enough to buy it, if not now, then later when they do have enough crowns. All they are really doing is depriving themselves of sales from what I can see. I understand the Crown Store can only hold so much inventory, but that’s something that ZOS could fix if they really wanted to.2 -

It's basically to secure the payment of those players who may 'use this in the future', even if they never do.
It's quite similar to what happens with the steam sales. I'll be the first to admit I've bought games that I thought "Oh maybe I'll play this in the future" and they sit there unplayed. I've also done the same with some cosmetics in ESO. And I'm sure I'm not the only one. Maybe a minority, but a valuable one for ZOS in terms of revenue.
Maybe if they didnt do limited time offers then they would get more money. No one knows except those at ZOS with access to the data. And since they don't seem to be slowing down on the limited offers, one can only assume it's doing pretty well for them1 -
