ultimate's going through block [BUG]

please fix this. I have had enough. Usually this will happen with incap from a nightblade.. But leap, meteor, and dawnbreaker are also doing it too. Last night i heard my friend block my DB, like i heard the "ting" from block and saw him block.. The DB dropped his block and it knocked him down.. Now i just got hit with a leap when i was 100% blocking and i died (and i also heard the "ting" metal sound like i blocked it again!). Please fix this, its soooo annoying.

Have had similar bugs, but with SnB Ultimate, it didnt blokc the dmg at all
