Transfer Settings Between Accounts

Hey all.
I've been using Jovast's Settings Transfer addon to sync the UI, settings and addons across my account. However, I purchased another account to handle storage, but am blasted by all the addons at once.
I've attempted to use Jovast's addon to sync both accounts to no avail. On my second account, none of the settings transfer from my main account, and I don't want to have to manually edit them individually.
Does anybody know of an addon, besides Jovast's Settings Transfer, that allows for multiple-account Settings transfers?
