✭✭✭✭✭It depends on the level of the swords and the quality of the improvements (fine-legendary).
You can probably view what the change will be from a transmute station without actually doing the transmute. Otherwise, you're going to have to be more specific.

Check the difference there because depending on your build with bonuses and other stuff , nirnhorned might give different amount of Spell/Weapon Damage .0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Keep in mind the offhand only contributes 20% of it's listed damage to spell damage, so pretty sure it's a bad deal to change your offhand to Nirn.2 -
