ViciousBunnii✭✭✭My daughter was having a Direct x issue too with her pc. Come to find out ESO does not support anything under Direct x 11. She has Direct X 10. Now she can't even play ESO because her direct x is not supported.
Not sure if you are having the same issue or not, but maybe check your direct x version? PC/NA
