Strange object in the air and on the ground.

I was in Rivenspire yesterday afternoon and saw what looked like a chest piece hovering in the air. A friend of mine has also seen these 'objects' in the same area.

I include screenshots. Has anyone else seen these and if so, is it known what they are and what is causing them to appear?

This a dwarven memento —I don’t remember the name. It gets “left behind” as a visual that others can see sometimes.

Cheers for the reply. I don't have that momento, but that makes sense. If you refresh the UI or shrine out and back it vanishes. Its odd that not everyone sees them at the same time.

Sure thing! This is the memento. I believe it was in one of the Dwarven themed crown crates. It's called the Dwemervamidium Mirage. Not sure why, but it gets left behind when players wear it. Maybe that's the point, hence mirage?

All mementos with visuals added to the players do this now. I'm not sure what changed, but if a player is being rendered in range of potentially being visible to you and then ports away with them active it will show that still active for the full duration where they were.
