If one of your characters is still receiving Error 326, please start a support ticket and include a game consultant report. if you've already started a ticket, you can post the ticket number in this thread.

Where do i send that "consultant report"?

You can reply back to the last support email with your game consultant attached. If you have any issues when doing so please let us know.

I have send there 3 e-mails with a consultant report. I have not get any answers or response back there... Character is now been locked for four days. Im Eso plus member and cant play all my characters... Why this is take so long time to solve?
