Warden MAG Frost Staff/Resto Staff Build Suggestions?

Thinking about making a new Warden character using a Frost and Resto Staff, but I don't know what Active Skills would work best.
The race I’m goona choose is Breton, wear mostly Light Armor, and the playstyle Im looking for is Mostly Heal and Tank (with some Off-Damage) for PVE content like Group and Malestrom Arena.
Dose anyone have any great ideas for what Active and Passive Skills to use?

✭✭✭✭✭I personally used Frost to other debuff from elemental blockade. Aoe minor maim is sexy trash pools even in trials. Also slow debuff and frozen root is nice. My warden makes mobs tickle for you.Edited by Tasear on December 29, 2017 4:18AM1 -

So this is a build I really want to try, atleast gear for it. Haven't figured out actual bars yet. Because my magwarden is only lvl 35 but with all the ice damage I think this might be alot of fun and you're not spamming birds nonstop.
From what I've been messing with this combo kinda lines up for nice burst. Swarm>sub assault (brain farting on other morph name one that stuns though)>light attack>bird>light attack>crushing shock. I've gotten it to where the bugs bird and crushing shock all land at about the same time for good burst and a stun
