New to stamsorc

I had one a long time ago but never really played him and ended up deleting him but I decided to try one again. How is this setup?
2 bloodspawn
5 bone pirate
3 agility
2h asylum ( not sure which one is better?)
Infused vma bow back bar

I'm having great fun with it but I feel like I'm missing something.. I also wanted to try dw ravager but I'm not sure if I would be able to proc it consistently, any insight would be appreciated

Also does hurricane proc ravager?

For PvP I assume here.

1. VMA bow is nigh useless in PvP, if you want a bow go for Masters or one in another equipped set for bar flexibility.
2. Your setup is likely lacking sufficient burst vs. tanks players (I.e. Everyone that knows what they're doing + anyone in a cheese point camp), so consider a diff DD monster set to compensate.

Well this is the pvp section of the forum so..

I know a master bow would be better but I don't have one yet so any random bow will do, I just like look of the vma one

Would you recommend selene over bloodspawn then?

If it were me I'd consider another setup entirely given that *** Pirate and Agility, although not in the same way, are mostly there to solve sustain and resource issues and together might be a bit of overkill -- my first thought, not my best thought, would be to remove the monster set and agility set entirely and add another 5 piece set with *** pirate that offers damage and/or mitigation, like fury, 7th legion, automatons, etc. If you're married to agility + monster set, that build doesn't have any penetration, you could keep bloodspawn and go spriggans instead of *** pirate or keep the pirate and add kragh's 1pc and anoter WD monster set 1 pc.

You have a lot of options, and at the end of the day what works the best for you isn't going to come from someone's forum post so you need to start testing the combinations of loadouts available to you in PvP before you can determine what is "best".

Dont need bone pirate on a stam sorc.

You can sustain simply through dark deal and spell symmetry. Pairing these things with engine guardian makes any other sort of sustain set truly useless. This then allows you to go all in with damage sets and glyphs. Why more people haven't seemed to figure this out is beyond me.

I switched up my build now and I like it way better, still looking for a replacement for bone pirate though. Maybe spriggan or hulk?

It's pretty damn powerful but I'm still learning to stamsorc so I'll keep searching

I have a Stamsorc which is not "finalized" yet, but I'm using:

2 x Molag Kena (heavy)
4 x Mechanical Acuity (heavy)
1 x Bone Pirate (Medium)
3 x Bone Pirate Jewelry
All armor impenetrable

Bar1
1 x Mechanical Acuity 1H sword (Nirnhoned)
1 x Bone Pirate 1H Sword (Sharpened)

Bar2
2H Bonepirate sword (Nirnhoned, might make it Decisive!)

So, I basically have Bone Pirate 5pc on both bars. On my backbar I mainly move around the battlefield and basically zerg people to build ultimate. I could have gone S&B there, but I'm so fed up with S&B so I wanted to do something different.
One frontbar is where the fun happens. I go werewolf there.

Mechanical Acuity is a SICK set. It procs from like everything, Blade Cloak, melee damage (even using siege weapons/oil counts!), Hurricane, DOT's and so on. If you run Hurricane/Blade Cloak, and put werewolf light attacks/Infectious Claws (or rending Slashes in human form) on people, it will proc at soon as it's past the cooldown, 100% I promise.
Charging up with Rousing Roar/Hircine's Rage, then kicking in Molag Kena (which usually activates Mechanical Acuity) is the doom of most living things. A fear (with one or two dots already applied), then Heavy Attack into Howl of Agony usually even takes down the self-confident "Let's play run-around-trees and whip my ass!" people. They don't even know what struck them. I have taken down people with ease with this one, that I've never beaten 1v1 on any of my other characters.
I have a lot of points into Precise Strikes (due to focusing on Mechanical Acuity) and Thaumaturge/Befoul. I completely did not give a [snip] about putting anything into Elfborn or Blessed or such stuff, this is an electronic murdering device, nothing else.

Fully buffed, my tooltip states that my werewolf light attacks cause bleed damage for 30206 dmg (over 8 seconds), Infectious Claws give an additional 26935 over time (10 seconds). I have some sustain issues (due to Molag Kena I guess), and need to come up with something worthwhile to do while charging ultimate. Running in a ww pack is not recommended with this one, as it's not very tanky with my CP's etc. I'd rather just stay werewolf for as long as I have Hurrican/Deadly Cloack/Critical Surge active. I need to perfect this one. Looking forward to (for example) having the Spring-Loaded Infusion food working properly with Bone Pirate.

Writing this, I realize this might be more of a dueling/battlegrounds build, and not so much a Cyrodiil one.

I'm new to SS as well. Since I tend to do BGs mostly, I've tried something easy and tanky at first. 4-5 Briar weps, 1L Bloodspawn, 1H something that gives WD+SD. Because of BG, I paired those with 5M Brass. DW frontbar, and I have 2h buffbar. Works well so far, tanky enough, and DW spamming does surprisingly good burst. I have resources to do 3 streaks in a row, which is more than great instead of a gap closer, a dedicated CC skill, or even a cloak. And I run really fast as being an orc. I'm planning to switch Brass with reinforced Impreg, but very hard to find the right pieces at the stores so working on it.

I really like this class, however I haven't tried Stamden, yet.

yeah, it all depend on what you want to go, a hell of damage (medium armour) or good damage and a hell of tankyness (heavy armour). In Heavy you can run seventh legion, troll king andagility ring, and weapon of asylum/vma/vdsa

And in medium you can run like it's write above, automaton, on eternal hunt, or something else with selene.

all depend on what you want, there is plenty of good optimisation, its up to you to test it.
