Combat Options Disabled

I was recently looking at the game settings and noticed that at present several listings are disabled, like incoming pet damage, incoming pet damage over time, outgoing pet damage,outgoing pet damage over time,outgoing pet healing, outgoing pet healing over time?
At this present time none of the characters can summon or tame a combat pet so why would the developers have these setting options built into the game?
Could we in the future be able to have a few combat pets which is why they are there?

Loc2262✭✭✭✭✭In addition, I think the creatures summoned by several monster sets (Maw of the Infernal, Defiler, Mad Tinkerer, Shadowrend, ...) count as pets in that regard too. At least concerning Necropotence they do.Kind regards,
