What enchant should I put on my resto staff? My sustain is pretty good so looking for alternatives to absorb magicka.
For trait I'm thinking defending, any other thoughts?

I like weapon/spell damage for an enchant.
Nirn, powered, precise, and defending all offer bonuses that healers would welcome as for traits.

As a Healer in PvP, you will be targeted and so you must be able to survive...
Go Defending as a result...

You can choose crusher for the armor debuff, help the group get them pesky tanks down easier.
Oblivion damage is good against shields or tanks.
Spell damage is good, you could even use poisons like vulnerability or just straight damage.

Poisons. Drain Stam or magic, depending on which you have a harder time sustaining.
