Morrowind upgrade is not working

I recently upgraded the morrowind add on and said you get a free mount and some other stuff and my game is not recognizing the add on...still asks me to upgrade or add code.. I didn't get code upon purchasing add on. Any help please!! I hope I didn't waste my money!

If you're talking about the Morrowind Chapter DE Upgrade (https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/store/product/eso_morrowind_upgrade_ce), that where you get the additional items. If that's what you're referring to, you need to contact Customer Support about the items not showing. Otherwise, no addon should or could give you additional items, nor should you have had to pay for them.The only Sane people in the world are those that are iNsAnE, and know it...0
