Sounds like a 5pc cheat engine set
I’m still trying to figure out the value of “completely immune somewhat”.

I’ll elaborate. Fossilize tends to be “iffy” in Cyrodiil for me. Sometimes it’s greyed out, even though my opponent doesn’t have the swirls around them (identifying as CC immunity), nor is outside of my 8m range (which is absolutely horrible on an ability like Fossilize). So what happens is, I’ll try to use Fossilize and nothing will happen. And this occurs even when it isn’t greyed out. I’d switch to Stone Giant, but opposing DK’s would be a problem. Plus, I find Fossilize to be the most effective hard-CC in ESO (outside of Nightblade’s Fear).

Could be chugging immovable speed potions , I know I have around 4-5k immovable speeds on me at any given time.

So that could potentially explain the CC immunity part of what transpired, but how in the world was dude generating so much ultimate? And how was he able to absorb so much damage, and put out super high damage numbers? Usually there is a trade-off of sorts. You’re either incredibly tanky, but have atrocious damage dealing. You have incredible sustain, but have bad damage dealing. And so on. Not all 3.

that said I've seen one or two players over the years exhibit some very "odd" behavior abilities... one player really was quite invulnerable, and we've killed a lotta emps in out times. I sometimes wonder if it's kiddies tinkering with the network end, and exploiting netcode deficiencies?
Until just a few seconds, I had heard of the build that everyone is talking about in which people run 2H and S&B while being completely immune to CC and damage for the most part. And is capable of dishing out skyhigh damage. I thought this was just a rumor, as Morrowind nerfed a lot of things. And how supposedly healing was nerfed in PvP. Boy oh boy was I mistaken...
This joker was at 30k HP, ran 2H and S&B, absorbed the damage of no lie 10 people wailing on him (colonels and above), and managed to kill us all no problem. He generated ultimate like nothing I have ever seen, and seemingly appeared to have no problems with sustain. Even though everyone is running resource poisons. It was a StamDK we were fighting by the way, and no. He wasn’t emperor. And no, we could barely CC him outside of an occasional Fossilize (which wasn’t that effective).
What type of super build is this, and why is it growing that popular all of a sudden? I usually duel in Auridon, and had heard of a growing trend in either StamDK’s or StamWardens with ridiculous sustain, damage, and healing. And are completely immune somewhat to resource poisons.
And before someone asks, no. They weren’t wearing Troll King. They were wearing Blood Spawn. Although, I have been noticing that Troll King’s usage has spiked ridiculously these past few weeks for whatever the reason in both duels and Cyrodiil.
Please secret, it’s a FoTM kodi build.
Nothing on Kodi, but ya it’s not some secret build lol it’s been sold out to the community via YouTube. Hence the massively uptake of standers in pvp.
