Can I get back into the New Life Festival if I have deleted a sub quest?

Hey
I abandoned the fish quest so I could group up with a friend and see if we might get the same quest together.
Now the Festival has disappeared from my journal.
I've deleted and re bought the scroll and tried to use that again but I get the message 'you have already completed this quest'.
Does this mean I'm out of the rest of the Festival?

Imza✭✭✭✭just go to Breda and ask for a quest or go back the next day if you have done all 9 quests today....
Otherwise you can repeat all 9 quests daily0 -

✭You can talk to Breda and repeat each of the quests once per day per character. If you delete one quest, you can go back the same day and she will (eventually) give it back to you. I have done this MANY times on MANY toons where I just don't feel like doing the quest she gives me at that time, so I delete it and ask her again until I get one I feel like doing.1 -

I followed the crowd from the Kynesgrove wayshrine and found her again.
All is good.
