Well, it's been more than 2 years now that the darkbrotherhood is out and there is still no clear information around this achievement.
So I have a couple of questions that would be very much appreciated if there were some clear answers for it.
Is there a rotation list on the targets?
What time of the day the targets change? I've noticed at least once change per day around 10pm est.

taiyoukei✭✭✭Pretty sure which targets you get is RNG-based, which makes getting the achievement even more of a grind than, say, the Litany of Blood. Took me a few weeks just to get the achievement for getting all the targets.
As a daily quest, it resets everyday at the same time all the other dailies reset."Taffer!"0
