ESO Support. A not funny joke

I had a support question and needed help for my account. After spending 20 minutes trying to find an email address for support, I gave up.

When I'm logged into my ESO account, and I click on Contact, you know what I expect to find? AN EMAIL ADDRESS FOR ESO. Not 20 different selections for games that I don't have. So how about it Bethesda? How about you give up an email for account support.

    I go to the account recovery page. Fill out the info and it says to click on a link, which sends you to EXACTLY the same account recovery page, where you fill out the info and it tells you to click on a link....

    And it gets better STILL!!

    I try to log in. I give it the name a password of my account. It logs me in but WAIT, THERE'S MORE!! Can't log in!!! It's from a different IP address. Never mind that I JUST LOGGED IN and gave them the code that they sent me for that EXACT THING 10 minutes ago. Except now... oh yes, NOW, it won't accept the new codes that they keep sending me. NOPE. they say the log in has failed and it's invalid.

    HEY BETHESDA! Thanks for blowing over an hour of my vacation on your crap. As soon as I can figure out how, I'm cancelling my plus membership.

    Yup. Just tried again. AGAIN. Got the code and their piece of crap system doesn't accept their own code. NICE GOING.

    This never helps, your support is miserable.
    You'd better be honest and say there's no support at all.
    Well, except for forum ZOS guys help sometimes.

    How about going out side and cooling off a bit? It's one thing to be frustrated, but now you are just being rude and belligerent.

    You know sometimes you catch more flies with honey. So cool off and be nice. Yes it sucks. I know where you are coming from, I hate Zenimax help system, all done by computers and no human contact. But don't be a donkey.

    As I said, cool off. Yes you are allowed to be frustrated but be courteous at least especially when you have people trying to help you.

    It's a dismissive good bye - basically in your response to the threat to cancel your ESO plus AND your rude behavior. Like Davor said, the system is not the best in terms of reporting issues but there is no need to be rude to the people who have tried to help.

    I am sorry you are having issues but is the play by play really that necessary??
