Can anyone identify this gear?

I came across this player the other day and I couldn't identify this helmet. Ive asked in my guilds and no one knew what set or piece it was. Any ideas, (and yes I did ask the person wearing it, but received no response). Thanks for any help.

    so it might be some of the new either morrowind - or clockwork city motifs, but not sure....


    or maybe if you remember the @... name of the player, write him a in-game mail and ask, maybe he just did not notice your chat message

    I think the helm was a crown crate one, not sure.

    This is the Dwemeri Tonal Attenuator cosmetic hat ... found back in the Dwarven Crown Crates Season.

    Which is why I did not end up buying it.

He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

    Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
    House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
    Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

    The armor I know it, but naming it is hard.

    It's a costume, sold as that assassin's armor from the morag tong, she is like a main character in the story in vvardenfel.

    What ever her name is, it's her costume, plus the tonal architect helm thing from the dwemer crates.
