Yokudan Beetle Mounts?

Back in Redguard, the Steed Constellation was originally depicted as a beetle. Did the Yokudans have beetles they could ride? Lady Honnorah af-Lahreq seems to imply not, going on about "the most prestigious mount for a Redguard is, and always has been, a well-bred horse" and I've not seen any mention made of Redguard insect mounts elsewhere. We do know they kept beetles as pets. But that doesn't explain the Steed-as-Beetle.

Dwemers see scarab as Lorkhan symbol, Scarab that's transforms into New Man, as well they see it as they artificial device, metamagical steed, that's they will use to reach higher planes of existence.
