Tips for creating a Maomer. Does anyone have any?

So I like the Maomer quite a bit, their roguish, pirate-like style.
I figured to make a sorcerer with lightning staff, focusing on the storm calling type of attacks of the class.
Does anyone have any tips on how to make a character more visually like the Maomer. I was thinking of a high elf with vampirism stage 1 to get the skin + the oracle eye adornment.

✭✭✭✭✭I did that exactly. This is a High Elf with stage 1 vampirism and the oracle eyes. I later got rid of the vampirism because I couldn't stand that she looked like a corpse all the time. She looks pretty good in this screenshot, though, I think. By stage 2 vampirism, she was looking like she'd been dead for a while.
