Zos please give us blood thirsty vampires thralls for next witchs festival, you can just make a soul shriven, put a human skin on in and make it so we can feed, done.

It would be nice if ZoS added a special raid world boss to the witchs festival to collect pieces to make a key to open a special chess.

I missed the last one so pardon me if these already exist:

Bones (animal, human and other races - Khajiit and Argonian skeletons exist now, let us use them!)
Placeable Fog (I think this exists as a Crown Store thing already...they could make it green or black or something to make it different)
Cages and traps (got to get those blood sacrifices from somewhere, after all!)
Reachmen-appropriate alchemy items (jars of blood, bowls of eyes, not the clean glass bottles and such - earthy things)
Tombstones
Items to ward off evil spirits (I admit I have no idea what these would look like)
Placeable owl?

Mists of the hag fen as an in-game item.

cool, want to add few concepts.

limited time special dolmen like world boss. Scarecrow King in Daggerfall, Pumpkin Lord in Ebon (the Riften), and Bone Reaper for Aldimri (Reaper March).

Bone Reaper has a large deer skull with massive horns (sort of like celtic lord of the hunts). summoning the undead bone wolves.

Pumpkin Lord, very creepy with black wedding attire, summon gourd hatchlings with vines as body part

Scarecrow King, he more afraid of fire, summon minions of the crows (lesser scarecrows), also very creepy, they all laughs disturbing and sound evil.

Tombstones is good pick, made few of them "unique" depends which is from craft, loot or reward.
crafted, carved headstones with RIP
loot from dolmen bosses, "statues" with Here lies...(blank) due to weather worn, Winged angelic, shadowy robe figure, and warrior rested on sword.
rewards (limited daily for festivals) Celtic Cross, Sword in the Stone, and Eagle Wing headstone.

Oh Yeah!!! add fogs, bright green, bright indigo (for black fog), and magneta, also classic white fogs.

Yolokin, you mean like "Dream Catcher" and Taliesman?, yes, they are perfect for home decorations.
