Dillpat✭✭✭Ravagingrav has always been amazing and remains to be amazing on stamplar, any set that has a % chance on dealing any damage (not direct like selene's) will proc as each of your jabs in the set has that chance and each time burning light procs it also has that chance.
Selene's only takes direct dmg so it will be the 1st jab of each set of jabs and burning light, if you want a proc set on stamplar go velidreth for dmg.@Dillpaat PC EU/NA

How NBs? My uptime on stamplar is high, haven't had the same experience with NB.0
