✭restoring gives magika back equivalent to 480 recovery im pretty sure where as channeled gives minor protection..it cost more but I use it..just seing if I'd see more benifit from usong restoring0 -

✭I have no clue what the name for each is. One give back Magicka and the other adds Minor Protection.

Morbash✭✭✭✭channeled focusDepends on your build, but I know I would personally struggle with sustain in heavy as a Magplar.
Channeled focus helps tremendously with that. It gives the equivalent of 480 mag regen.
Even on stamplar, I prefer the regen for extended ritual spam.
