One of my characters has a glitched achievement "Moon's Champion"
The pictures show that I have the Void avoided achievement needed to complete the Moon's Champion achievement but it doesn't count towards it.
I have completed Void avoided many times on that character but it will not give me the progress towards the title.

✭Can you get the void avoided one in normal mode just like you can with the achievement in City of Ash 2 that has you talk to all the undaunted members throughout the place?
That could be your issue. You need to actually do it on veteran maw of lorkhaj even though it was granted from normal also.0
